This is the goal of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. No one should be left behind. And this means making the most of new technologies to include all voices, to ensure universal access to information and knowledge, to bolster quality education for everyone – especially girls and women, especially the most marginalized.
This is UNESCO’s message to the 2017 World Summit on the Information Society Forum. And I thank you all for your support.
