（一）深入学习贯彻中共二十大精神。把学习宣传贯彻中共二十大精神作为首要政治任务，加强对政协委员特别是新任委员的培训，准确把握中共二十大的鲜明主题、精神实质和战略部署，提高委员政治素养和履职能力，教育引导广大委员始终同以习近平同志为核心的中共中央保持高度一致。认真落实中共二十大关于人民政协工作的部署要求，坚持中国共产党的领导、统一战线、协商民主有机结合，发挥人民政协作为专门协商机构作用，加强制度化、规范化、程序化等功能建设，提高深度协商互动、意见充分表达、广泛凝聚共识水平，切实把中共二十大精神贯彻到工作谋划中、落实到具体行动上。文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/14332.html

- We should thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the CPC.
We must give political priority to studying, publicizing, and implementing the guiding principles set forth at the CPC’s 20th National Congress. In this regard, we should enhance the training of National Committee members, particularly new members, helping them accurately grasp the Congress’ defining themes, essential features, and strategic plans. We must strengthen members’ political capacity and ability to perform their duties and guide them in closely following the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.
Acting on the plans and requirements relating to CPPCC work set forth at the CPC’s 20th National Congress, we must uphold the CPC’s leadership, the united front, and consultative democracy as an indivisible whole, leverage the role of the CPPCC as an institution dedicated to consultation, and improve the systems, institutions, standards, and procedures of CPPCC work.
We should see that the CPPCC more effectively fulfills its roles of conducting consultation and two-way communication, encouraging full expression of opinions, and building consensus, and that the CPPCC incorporates the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress into work planning and applying them in practice.
（二）围绕服务党和国家工作大局协商议政。以服务全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标为履职内容，以服务统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局、协调推进“四个全面”战略布局为着力重点，紧扣贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的重要问题深入协商谋良策、广聚共识增合力。落实《中国共产党政治协商工作条例》，发挥人民政协政治协商在促进科学民主决策和凝聚共识中的重要作用，围绕全面建设社会主义现代化国家的一系列战略部署协商议政、高质量建言。完善人民政协民主监督制度机制，增强协商式监督实效，彰显政协民主监督在国家监督体系中的作用。
- We should carry out consultations and deliberations with the aim of serving the overall work of the CPC and the country.
We should take it as one of our duties to serve the Second Centenary Goal of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects, with a focus on the implementation of the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan and the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy. * We should explore effective policies through in-depth consultation and work to build consensus and create synergy for implementing the new development philosophy, fostering a new development pattern, and promoting high-quality development.
In accordance with the Regulations of the CPC on Political Consultation Work, we should give play to the significant role of CPPCC political consultation in promoting systematic and democratic decision-making and in building consensus. We should conduct more consultations and deliberations on strategies for building China into a modern socialist country in all respects and come up with proposals and suggestions of a higher quality.
We should improve the system and mechanism for democratic oversight by the CPPCC so as to make its consultative oversight more effective. We should see that the CPPCC fulfills its role of democratic oversight as part of the state supervision system.
（三）认真做好凝聚共识增进团结工作。坚持巩固和发展最广泛的爱国统一战线，坚持一致性和多样性统一，丰富团结联谊平台载体，持续增强凝聚共识实效。健全委员联系界别群众制度机制，鼓励和支持委员深入基层、深入界别群众，及时反映群众意见和建议，宣传党和国家方针政策，协助做好协调关系、理顺情绪、化解矛盾工作，更好把各族各界人士团结在中国共产党周围。加强对外交往，讲好中国故事，增进国际社会对中国式现代化的理解和认同。
- We should work earnestly to build consensus and strengthen unity.
To develop and consolidate the broadest possible patriotic united front, we should balance commonality and diversity, establish more channels and platforms to bolster unity and friendship, and make continued, solid progress in building consensus.
We should improve the system and mechanism for National Committee members to contact people from the sectors they represent. We should encourage National Committee members to engage deeply with the people and their communities, so that they can relay people’s opinions and suggestions to relevant authorities without delay, communicate principles and policies of the Party and the state, help coordinate relations, allay grievances, and address problems, and thus rally people from all ethnic groups and sectors of society more closely around the CPC. We should bolster international exchanges and better tell China’s stories in order to boost the international community’s understanding and recognition of Chinese modernization.
各位委员！伟大成就坚定必胜信心，宏伟目标激发奋进力量。让我们更加紧密地团结在以习近平同志为核心的中共中央周围，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，踔厉奋发、埋头苦干、勇毅前行，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴而不懈奋斗！

The great achievements we have secured reinforce our confidence of success and the ambitious goals we have set inspire us to forge ahead. Let us unite more closely around the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, follow the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, press ahead with enterprise and fortitude, and work tirelessly to build China into a modern socialist country in all respects and advance national rejuvenation on all fronts.

* The Five-Sphere Integrated Plan is to promote coordinated economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological advancement. The Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy is to make comprehensive moves to finish building a modern socialist society, deepen reform, advance law-based governance, and strengthen Party self-governance.
