Dream of Butterflies

On an overdue boat I come

With the rosy clouds of the South

To meet you, Dali of Nanzhao. Nanzhao

On the rippling clean water and in green mountains

I am in search of the dream of butterflies.
The legend of the butterfly spring,

And the story about the five golden lilies

Keep haunting my dreams.

The dreamy and poetic wings

Bring me to your presence.

And I enjoy seeing your beautiful appearance.

The meeting today is destined

In my life

And it will be an everlasting memory in my mind.
