《人间词话》英译（一百零二）

       唐五代之词，有句而无篇。南宋名家之词，有篇而无句。有篇有句，唯李后主降宋后诸作，及永叔、子瞻、少游、美成、稼轩数人而已。

       The tz’u of the T’ang and Five Dynasties had fine lines but lacked any special emphasis on stanzas. The tz’u of the most renowned writers of the Southern Sung had finely constructed stanzas but no outstanding lines. Only the works of Li Yu after his surrender to Sung and the works of a few others—Ouyang Hsiu, Su Shih, Ch’in Kuan, Chou Pang-yen and Hsin Ch’i-chi—contained both finely constructed stanzas and outstanding lines.
