梦窗之词，余得取其词中之一语以评之，曰：“映梦窗零乱碧。”玉田之词，亦得取其词中之一语以评之，曰：“玉老田荒。”

If I were to choose one phrase from Wu Wen-ying’s tz’u to describe him, it would be: ‘A tangle of green reflected in the dream window’. And if I were to do the same thing for Chang Yen, from his tz’u I would choose the line: ‘the fields a wasteland, jade broken to bits’.
