悠悠不见清，人人寿有极。

苟欲乘白云，曷由生羽翼。

唯当鬒发时，行住须努力。

To know endlessness, approach the Yellow River.

Impede the current with the palm of your hand.

Never visible, something brushes against your fingers

And hurtles by. Life, for every person, passes.

Would you surmount the impenetrable mist?

Learn flight from the great-winged birds?

While you are still lithe and your hair gleams,

Resist, wrists rigid with joy, before the letting go.
