云霞出海曙，梅柳渡江春。

I’m far away from home;

Things look new where I roam.

Clouds bring dawn on the sea;

Spring greens the willow tree.

Orioles sing in warm air;

Sunlit green weeds look fair.

Old verse rings in my ears;

Homesick, I’m moved to tears.
