轻舸迎上客，

悠悠湖上来。

当轩对樽酒，

四面芙蓉开。

The Lakeside Pavilion

The barge is light to greet the honoured guest,

And leisurely it glides along the lake.

We arrive. And here, by the window, let's drink and rest—

'Mid lotus flowers blooming for your sake!
