Mountain Mist over a Country Fair

To the Tune of Jubilation All over the World

Xianyu Biren

Like a painted screen,

Like a picture serene.

A dimly visible country fair,
With households well laid out there.

Tiny bridge across the stream flowing,

Around old trees smoke curling.

With mist and clouds dispersed the sun shines bright,

Over fish and shrimps at the fair dealers cry out.

Clouds of dust fly high,

Clearing up is the sky,

Fishing nets hung out in the sunshine.
