羊齿植物

沿着白色的石阶

一路嚼了下去

 

如果此处降雪

而只见

一只惊起的灰蝉

把山中的灯火

一盏盏地

点燃

the evening bell

is a small trail

travelers take

down the mountain

ferns

along steps of white stone

chews its way all the way down

 

if this place were covered with snow…

 

but all that’s seen is

a single startled cicada rising

to light the lanterns

one by one

all over the mountain
